Real Estate Licensing
Weston School of Real Estate offers a ranges of courses and services to
those professionals wanting to start and continue their career in the Real
Estate industry.
The first license to obtain is the Sales Associate license. In order to obtain
a Florida Real Estate Broker license, the applicant must have been an
active Real Estate Sales Associate for at least 24 months.
The application process for the Sales Associate license is as follows:
Step 1: Submit an application to the State of Florida by clicking on the My
Florida icon on the side.
Step 2: Sign up with the Weston School for your FREC I, 63 hours
Pre-Licensing Course. Weston School will notarize your attest statement
to complete your application.
Step 3: Schedule an appointment with Promissor for fingerprinting by
calling 1-877-238-8232 or visit their website by clicking the icon on the
right.
Step 4: Take and pass the required 63 hours FREC I class
Step 5: Upon approval of your State application you can schedule, take,
and pass your State Exam. You will schedule your State Exam with
Pearson Vue.
The application process for the Broker license is the same as listed
above except you will be applying for the Broker license and will need to
sign up with the Weston School to take the 72 hours FREC II class.
